I agree with this. Too many faked deaths and everything loses impact. All was brilliant, and now Moriarty must exit before he runs the risk of overstaying.
BRING HIM BACK NOW. >:( THIS IS NOT OKAY.
It’s only the natural thing to do. Because they DO follow the original works and in them, Moriarty was only a pasing figure. So yeah. no surprise there.
Agreeing so hard. Being an SPN stan, I understand the power of a death scene that destroys a person; on the flip side of that, I am getting really fucking sick of characters being brought back to life. With this series being such a short thing anyway (3 eps per season, and granted they’re almost 2-hours long), why would you kill a character just to bring them back? I’m sorry, but I wouldn’t want Moriarty back after such a fantastic fucking scene. It was meant to be jarring.

- Sam: What?
- Watson: When he's on edge. You buy him pie.
- Sam: It's better than what he used to do.
- Watson: But you're still enabling him.
- Sam: /Excuse/ me?
- Watson: Have you ever heard of Pavlov's dog?
- Sam: *scowling* You have no idea what we've been through. A piece of pie is hardly a damn crime. Christ, mind your own business.
- Watson: I'm sor--
- [ Watson's phone beeps. ]
- Phone: Get another pack of patches. SH
- Watson: *sighs, grabbing the box off the shelf before throwing it into the hand basket* How long have you known this Doctor?
- Sam: This particular generation? We've seen him six times so far.
- Watson: I do hope his bedside manner lives up to the stories Ms Pond has told us.
