Seriously, we were on break that long just for that?

I mean, I had Feelings about a few bits of dialogue, and I really love Troll!Sammy more than anything, but what was the purpose of this episode other than for Dean to get into hijinks?

Have we hit a middle for this season or something, and now everything’s going to be meh?
